Charcoal hates me :c

My experiences with this work has not been the funnest. I have been having trouble with charcoal. Last class I started over at least three times. Although I do appreciate the nice strokes and looks that can be achieved. I am thinking about going to the zoo this weekend to work some more with charcoal and my lacking of skills in general. Working with charcoal is starting to make me slow down and pay attention more. but yeah, my still life is above the text?

Im up kinda late tonight, working on the Line project. I just read the description of the project and the paper is not the paper that I am using. that makes me so angry >:0 but I guess I could have used the practice? So much for lunch tomorrow. I have no idea what I have to write in this so bear with me whilst I figure this out.

Okay so the first assignment was this exercise, we had to create 8 bands and fill them with a design to crate awesome things. My first one was sort of a bust, at least now I have some ideas on the paper for when I fix my blasphemies born of my ignorance.

On the first draft I noticed that the lines correlating with each-other create motion in a way, its cool to stare at.

Well I hope I do good with these assignments and I wish you good luck fellow students-folk. Ill update again after I get the real one done and stuff.
